  1.  Raw Milk For Glow Skin

These properties of raw milk can hydrate and moisturise your skin, thereby helping you solve the issue of dryness and itchiness. The lactic acid in milk helps reduce pigmentation. It can also hydrate your skin and relieve sunburns. Put milk on your face before bed and after you wake up with a piece of cotton and wash it off with lukewarm water once it dries.

You just need two ingredients to prepare this face mask and it gives you soft and moisturised skin. 

Ingredients Required:

·         2-3 strands of saffron

·         1 tbsp Honey

Directions:

In a bowl, add both the ingredients. Using your fingers massage all over face and neck gently. Keep it for a few minutes and then wash. 

   3. Turmeric Used For Glow Skin 

Turmeric is almost like a magic powder. It can cure many ailments, from the common cold to gastric issues. It has anti-inflammatory properties that can protect the skin from acne outbursts. 1.    Take a pinch of turmeric powder

2.    Take one teaspoon of milk

3.    Add one teaspoon of honey

4.    Mix all in a bowl

 4. Curd and Besan (Gram Flour) Used For Glow Skin 

The lactic acid in curd exfoliates the skin. Its other components provide nourishment and help achieve glowing skin. You can combine curd with besan and apply it as a face pack to reduce oiliness in the skin. Besan also helps to reduce tanning and acne, fight infections, and exfoliate dead skin. 

 

 



What Is Besan Or Gram Flour?

It is a flour of chana daal or split brown chickpeas. First, the peas are air-dried, then kept in sun for a day so that no moisture is left in them. Now, it is ground in the mixture to form a powder. Your besan or gram flour is ready. You can use it either to prepare a variety of dishes or to make daily skincare recipes.

Take a spoon full of besan or gram flour in a bowl and add some curd in it so as to form a uniform paste. Now apply this paste on your cleansed face and leave for 15 minutes, then wash with normal water. Follow with moisturizer.

5. Besan And Honey Face Pack


Honey makes an ideal besan face mask for glowing skin. Honey moisturizes the skin and treats skin irritation. While besan acts more like a cleansing agent on the skin, honey moisturizes and nourishes the skin.

How To Prepare the pack?

·         One tablespoon of besan

·         1 tablespoon honey

- Take besan and honey in a clean bowl.
- Mix well to form a smooth paste.
- Apply the paste on the cleansed face with fingers.
- Allow it to dry for 15 minutes.
- Massage with damp fingers in a circular motion.
- Rinse it with fresh water.
- Towel dry and apply a moisturizer on the damp face.
