 1. First process

1.    All you need to do is to add a teaspoonful of jeera into a glassful of water and leave it overnight. Make sure you use copper vessel so it lets the water soak all the goodness of the cumin seeds. Moreover, it is said that drinking copper water may also help in losing weight.

2. Second Process

A.    Take 2 cups  water in a sauce pan

B.    Add 1 tablespoon jeera

C.   Boil until it reduces to half.

D.   Switch off flame and strain. Discard the cumin seeds.

Now your drink is ready. Enjoy the power full drink for weight lose take it sip by sip. You can also add one table spoon honey according to your taste.

 Note: This drink can be taken by all age group.
